Welcome to our kitchen =)
This time I decided to suggest something traditional: how about a mug panettone?
The ingredients are:
1 small egg;
3 tablespoons of oil;
4 tablespoons of milk;
4 tablespoons of sugar;
2 drops of panettone EXTRACT;
5 tablespoons of flour;
2 tablespoons of dried fruits (in my case, only raisins and sultanas);
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
The directions are easy:
In a mug scramble the egg with a fork;
Mix the oil, the sugar, the milk and stir;
Gradually add the flour, the panettone extract, the dried fruits always
stiring and at last but not at least add the baking powder.
And so that goes into the microwave for 3 minutes at high power.
While you wait, you can mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 teaspoons of orange juice to work as a cake icing.
Do not be alarmed if the panettone batter grows and starts passing the mug, it will not overflow… maybe just sometimes, it depends on the microwave.
If you have children or would rather add chocolate to dried fruits, you can prepare this recipe at the same way =)
Finally, it’s ready!!!
